Vision & Valor Coaching provides purpose-development coaching, personal and professional development resources, speaking, training, digital products, and online learning through V&V Learning.

References to “Vision & Valor,” “we,” “us,” or “our” mean Vision & Valor Coaching. References to “you,” “learner,” “client,” or “customer” mean the person accessing or purchasing our services.

3. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase or create an independent learner account. A minor may participate only with the authorization and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, and all activity conducted through your account. Accounts and course access may not be sold, transferred, or shared.

4. Purchases and Payments

Prices are displayed in United States dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment is due at the time of purchase unless a written payment arrangement has been approved.

Payments may be processed through WooCommerce, Stripe, Square, or another approved payment provider. Vision & Valor does not control the independent security practices or terms of third-party payment processors.

5. Refunds, Cancellations, and Rescheduling

Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund and Return Policy presented on this website or by the specific written agreement associated with a coaching engagement, training event, or program.

Digital products and online course materials cannot be physically returned. Accessing, downloading, or substantially using digital content may affect refund eligibility, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Coaching appointment cancellation and rescheduling requirements will be stated on the applicable booking page, confirmation, or coaching agreement.

6. V&V Learning and Course Access

Course enrollment provides a limited, personal, nontransferable right to access the purchased course during the access period stated at the time of purchase.

• Learners must complete required lessons, quizzes, and assignments.
• Course progress and assessment results may be recorded.
• Course access may not be shared with another person.
• Completion does not automatically constitute professional licensure, certification, college credit, or continuing-education credit.
• Any approved credential or continuing-education designation will be stated expressly on the individual course page.

We may make reasonable updates to course content, lesson order, technology, or delivery methods to maintain quality, accuracy, security, or platform compatibility.

7. Intellectual Property and Limited License

Coaching and peer-support-related education do not create a physician-patient, therapist-client, attorney-client, or other licensed clinical relationship.
