The Story Behind the Mission
Vision & Valor was built from experience, adversity, faith, and the belief that no person has to remain stuck.
Will Hodges served more than 20 years in the United States Marine Corps and later built a successful career in education, training, and leadership development. He understands discipline, pressure, responsibility, and the burdens people often carry quietly.
Will also faced painful personal seasons that required him to re-evaluate life, identity, healing, and purpose. Through adversity, reflection, and spiritual growth, he discovered that setbacks can become turning points when met with courage, sound guidance, and intentional action.
Today, he helps people navigate divorce, retirement, career change, burnout, loss of direction, and other major life transitions with greater clarity, resilience, and strength.
