Vision & Valor was built from experience, adversity, faith, and the belief that no man has to stay stuck.
Will Hodges served more than 20 years in the United States Marine Corps and later built a successful career in education, training, and leadership development. He understands discipline, pressure, responsibility, and the weight many men carry quietly.
Like many men, Will also faced painful personal seasons that forced him to re-evaluate life, identity, healing, and purpose. Through adversity, reflection, and spiritual growth, he discovered that setbacks can become turning points when handled the right way.
Today, he helps men navigate divorce, retirement, career change, burnout, loss of direction, and major life transitions with clarity and strength.
